FAQ

1. Do I need to use a special gel in Derma Shot mode?
No, a special gel is not necessary. The device adapts the appropriate frequency to the facial muscles. Use it in combination with your regular skin care product.

2. Can I use all 4 modes in one maintenance routine?
Yes, all four modes can be used in one routine:
 

• Start with Air Shot mode on dry skin.
• Then use the Booster, MC and Derma Shot modes with your regular skincare product.

3. What is the frequency of use of each mode?
Before use, read the recommended frequency of use and adjust the cycle and duration of use to your skin type.

4. How can I use the Booster, MC and Derma Shot regimes in combination?
 

• Booster mode: Apply a mildly absorbable serum or ampoule and allow to absorb.
• Follow with a richer cream or gel.
• MC and Derma Shot mode: Use them with the products left on the skin, without applying any additional skin care. If the intensity seems too low, add more product as needed.

5. Can all four modes be used around the eyes?
Yes, Booster Pro with all four modes can be used around the eyes. For delicate areas such as around the eyes, nose and mouth, we recommend using level 1.

6. The LED light seems too bright, even when I close my eyes. Is it safe?
The brightness of the LED light may seem distracting, but it is not harmful to the eyes and is safe to use. If there is a lot of product on the device and the central LED is working without touching the skin, avoid direct contact with the eyes.
