UTERINE FIBROIDS
If a fibroid is larger than 12 weeks in size, gynecologists recommend surgical treatment followed by correction of hormonal balance using bioregulatory peptide medications. If the size of the tumor allows (less than 12 weeks), one should attempt to stop the bleeding with medical treatment; in this case, even if the tumor does not shrink, the absence of bleeding and tumor growth is sufficient. This is considered a good outcome.
Bioregulation should begin with the restoration of liver function. We recommend medications such as “Ovagen,” “Trezvon,” and “Ardiliv” for a period of 2–3 months. These medications have hepatoprotective and choleretic effects. It is essential to add “Revifort” and/or “Indosine” to this regimen—powerful antioxidants and anticancer agents—since hyperestrogenism (absolute or relative) is present and triggers the malignant transformation of cells.
In cases of relative hyperestrogenism, stimulating detoxification and restoring liver function is highly effective. At the same time, if a woman suffers from constipation in addition to impaired liver function, Revilab SL 05 is highly effective in addressing this issue. The effect of normalizing bowel movements is associated with the activation of pancreatic function. If there are signs of dysbiosis, add “Imusil” to the regimen for at least 3 months.
The second step is to normalize sleep and address impaired stress adaptation. The medications “Pinealon” and “Cerluten” help with this and are prescribed for at least 3 months. Thus, by calming and stabilizing the nervous system, cortisol levels decrease and the second (progesterone) phase of a woman’s cycle is restored.
Very often, thyroid dysfunction is the trigger for hormonal imbalances. Therefore, we always include “Thyreogen” in the treatment regimen. This is because there are often situations where thyroid hormone levels are normal (or borderline normal), yet an ultrasound reveals nodular or diffuse-nodular changes in thyroid tissue. Such abnormalities will also adversely affect a woman’s overall hormonal balance and require correction. Subclinical thyroid dysfunction is well diagnosed using bioimpedance analysis. It can also reveal hidden or relative hyperestrogenism.
Unfortunately, measuring sex hormone levels in the blood does not always provide the necessary information about a woman’s health, as these levels can be elevated for various reasons. There is another test that measures the concentration of estrogen metabolites in urine: this often proves to be more informative.
After completing the detoxification and stress-adaptation recovery phase, you can begin direct correction of the immune and endocrine systems using the medications “Endoluten,” “Zhenoluten,” and “Vladonix.”
