The reason for return may be: wrong complete set of the order; defect presence.

Pay attention that goods are accepted back only in full complete set, with all packings and stickers, in unused look.


In case you have received item of improper quality (wrong complete set of goods, defect presence),
you need to send letter to e-mail: api.latvija@inbox.lv with subject of letter: сlaim, order No.  and send the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
