microcrystalline cellulose (filler); hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), water, carrageenan (thickener), potassium acetate (acidity regulator); Peptide complex A-12 containing amino acids (lysine, leucine, isoleucine, alanine, serine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, tyrosine, valine, arginine); calcium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent).

The recommended daily dose, either 2 or 4 capsules, contains 20 mg or 40 mg of peptide complex A-12.

Adults: from 1 to 2 capsules, once or twice a day during food intake. Duration - 1 month.
